The cost to participate for Florida Suppliers is only $250 for one appointment book and $450 for two. The appointment books will not have duplicate appointments. 

The cost to particpate as a Buyer or a Media Representative is free.

Florida Suppliers

The cost to particpate for Florida Suppliers is $250 (Partner) or $325 (Non-Partner) for one appointment book and $450 (Partner) or $550 (Non-Partner) for two. Each appointment book will have up to 42 one-on-one appointments.

Each appointment book includes one unique login. Additional non-appointment-taking logins are $50.

Suppliers will also have the opportunity to submit a media kit which the VISIT FLORIDA PR team will use to pitch trade media in our key markets (Brazil, Colombia, Canada, Domestic, Mexico, Germany, UK). In addition, your media kit will be featured on the VISIT FLORIDA media site.

Buyers and Media

Registration for approved Buyer and Media representatives is free of charge.

All Buyers registrations include one appointment book on your designated day and lots of activities and educational sessions throughout the week. Each appointment book includes up to 14 15 minutes appointments. Please reach out to discuss if your organization needs any additional non-appointment taking logins, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Domestic and international travel agents: you are invited to participate in Friday's Destination Master Classes and Virtual FAMs.

Media registrations are all non-appointment taking. Media will have the opportunity to learn about the Florida tourism product through various educational and interactive sessions. Media will have the opportunity to interview VISIT FLORIDA President and CEO Dana Young, as well as meet one-on-one with VISIT FLORIDA PR representatives to learn about story ideas and what’s new in the Sunshine State.
